Mike Appleby, FSW partner has obtained permission for his client from the High Court to proceed with its Judicial Review of HSE’s Fee for Intervention (FFI) Scheme.
OCS Group UK Limited has been granted permission by the High Court to proceed with its Judicial Review of the dispute process of HSE’s Fee for Intervention (FFI) Scheme and the rejection of a dispute of a specific Notification of Contravention served under the Scheme. The case is due to be listed for full hearing. Keith Morton QC of Temple Garden Chambers is instructed on behalf of OCS.
