We would like to invite individuals who have an established practice and client base in some or all of the above areas to join us. We can offer the safety and security of a well-established brand and resources, alongside the challenge and flexibility of running your own practice within a chambers-style structure.
Fulfil Your Earning Potential
We believe hard work and dedication should be well-rewarded. Therefore, we have set up a generous and transparent remuneration structure, designed to ensure a direct link between effort and reward.
Solicitors working with us receive:
-
Up to 75% in fees (excluding VAT) for all work undertaken by clients they have brought into the firm (65% of the first £25,000 in billed and paid fees and 75% thereafter
-
50% of fees for work referred by fellow team members
-
15% of the work undertaken by other FSW staff for clients that they have brought into the firm.

All the above is subject to fair use of the firm’s resources.
As a guide, our charge out rates range from £240-£400 plus VAT, and we offer flexibility as to how you wish to run your billing. We are happy for it to include retainer work, fixed-fee, conditional fee or traditional hourly rate or a mixture of all four.
